More gigs to be announced soon

We will be playing live soon - we promise!

We've had a lot of people asking us if Ship's Cat are no more! We are still very much together and have all nine lives left...Lots to tell you about....After our amazing gig playing at Knebworth last year with Embrace, our busy bass player has joined Leeds' legends the rather marvellous Ghost Dance who are on tour at the moment. Check out their website and facebook for lots more info. Our guitarist is also playing with Elk Weather, an ambient folk(ish) band, made up of members of Evil Blizzard, The Lower Angel Band and of course Ship's Cat - with a debut album out now featuring members of Dodgy and Emmerdale Farm (yes you read that right!).....'this album is earthy, confessional, and among some of the best folk-adjacent music you'll hear at the moment' Folk London. Elk Weather play with Salt House at the amazing Bijou Cinema in Southport, 28th Feb ticket link from their facebook. Ghost Dance play the Face Bar in reading 20th Feb and The Blue Note in Derby the day after - and a South American tour in Nov! So lots happening and lots more to come from us all. Love Ship's Cat XXXX
